 | All prices are based upon the time it takes to groom your dog. This can depend on the breed, the size of the dog, temperament and coat condition. It will vary depending on when your pet's last groom was and what you have been able to do at home. Matted dogs and dogs that are packed with undercoat will be charged more due to the time and work involved. Dogs that are pelted and need to be shaved down to the skin will be charged double. |

| PLEASE NOTE: Sometimes it is not possible to give a price quote over the telephone without seeing your dog in person. You are more than welcome to stop by with your pet for an estimate. We try to stay as close as possible to the estimate given, but there are times when a dog blows more coat than is expected, or behavior lengthens the time of the groom. In these cases, the groom price may be slightly higher. |
| Please understand that we work one on one with animals, and are not always able to safely step away to answer the telephone. We may have a dog in the tub, or we may be speaking with a customer. Please leave a message and we will return your phone call by the end of the day. |
| We believe in humanity over vanity. We will not dematt dogs. Dogs that are matted will be shaved down, and are charged accordingly. Proper grooming on a regular basis is necessary to keep the coat healthy and manageable. We recommend a 4-6 week grooming schedule for most dogs. |
| If you are looking for the cheapest groom possible, we are not the salon for you. We are more exclusive than other area salons. We use the highest quality, all natural products available to us. Our service is one on one, and more personal. We remember your dog's name, not just their breed and haircut. |
| We cannot take in appointments arriving more than 15 minutes late. We are appointment only. We do not take walk ins. | |
| NO SHOWS/CANCELLATIONS: We require a 24 hour notice for cancellations. We understand that sometimes things come up, and we are willing to work with people and around their schedules. If you cannot make an already scheduled appointment, please call and let us know. Someone is usually waiting to fill the spot. Repeated no shows will no longer be given appointments. |
